    The Opportunity

    We are seeking a full-time Graduate to join our multidisciplinary studio of architects, interior designers, landscape architects, and graphic designers. This role offers exposure to a broad range of project types - from early concept design through to construction - within a practice that values collaboration, sustainability, insight-led decision-making, and responsiveness to place.

    We’re looking for someone who:

    • Is design-focused and passionate about creating thoughtful, human-centred environments with a strong landscape connection

    • Strong proficiency  in CAD. (ArchiCAD an advantage)

    • Can undertake research, analysis, and design exploration with clarity and curiosity

    • Enjoys collaborating within an open and supportive studio environment

    • Has demonstrated experience in design, documentation, and coordination of consultant services

    • Can work proactively and manage competing deadlines

    • Holds a Bachelor of Architecture (or equivalent degree toward registration) and Masters of Architecture

    • Contributes positively to team culture and values working together

    The Role

    As a Graduate of Architecture, you will:

    • Support project teams with architectural design and documentation under the guidance of senior team members

    • Assist in preparing and coordinating technical documentation across various project stages

    • Contribute to 3D visualisations and design presentations

    • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver well-considered, sustainable, and place-responsive project outcomes

BID WRITING ASSISTANT (PART TIME / FLEXIBLE HOURS)

    About the role
    We’re seeking a Bid Writing Assistant to support the delivery of high-quality bid and tender submissions. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, thrives on detail, and can help shape compelling written content.

    You’ll work closely with our Practice Delivery Manager and wider team to coordinate inputs, format and refine documentation, and ensure submissions are produced professionally, on time, and to a consistently high standards.

    Key responsibilities

    • Assist with end-to-end tender and bid submissions (EOIs, RFTs, proposals, capability statements)

    • Coordinate information from internal team members and external consultants

    • Draft, edit and proofread bid responses and written project content

    • Ensure submissions are compliant with requirements, deadlines, formatting rules and word counts

    • Maintain and improve our bid library (CVs, project sheets, case studies and templates)

    • Support the preparation and formatting of supporting bid documents (including schedules, appendices, visuals)

    • Contribute to continuous improvement of our internal bid processes and templates

    About you

    You’ll likely bring:

    • Experience in bid writing, tender coordination, submissions, proposals, or professional writing

    • Strong writing skills that are clear, structured, persuasive and accurate

    • Excellent attention to detail (formatting, consistency, proofreading)

    • Confident document management and organisation skills

    • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines calmly and reliably

    • Strong communication skills and comfortable chasing inputs and working across teams

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / MS365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

    • Proficiency in InDesign for document layout

    Nice to have (but not essential):

    • Experience in architecture, design, engineering or construction industry submissions

    We are looking for a full time experienced Interior Designer to join our team of collaborative and creative design professionals in the areas of architecture, interior design, landscape architecture and graphic design, across multiple projects from concept to completion.

    We are looking for someone who:

    ·       is design focused,

    ·       has a minimum of 3 – 4 years of professional working experience in a similar role,

    ·       is CAD (ArchiCAD an advantage), Indesign and Photoshop proficient,

    ·       be able to undertake rigorous research and design,

    ·       work with team members to produce design concepts,

    ·       enjoys working creatively and collaboratively within an open design studio,

    ·       has demonstrated experience in design and documentation, material and furniture selections

    ·       ideally has experience in large scale projects in the education, workplace, private and public sectors

    ·       has a proven ability to work proactively with initiative

    ·       holds a Bachelor Degree in either Architecture, Interior Design or Interior Architecture,

    ·       enjoys where they work and sharing their experiences with others.

    ·       has a commitment to pursuing a sustainable approach to design

    The Role

    ·       Provide interior design support to project teams under guidance of project leads

    ·       Research and selection of products and materials

    ·       Preparation of interior finishes sample boards

    ·       Assist and participate in product presentations and product library

    ·       Documentation assistance
