Highly adaptable spaces are organised around a grand three-storey room that has an outlook toward the centre of campus.

The outdoor room brings the landscape deep into the building, allowing a porosity to the hospital campus and organises multiple entries to a diverse range of medical research facilities

High above the water, looking through trees to the south with unimpeded northern views as well as a landscaped easement down to the river.

SUNRISE BEACH HOUSE

The key to the design remains the central Outdoor Room, now roofed with a translucent battened roof, linking the living spaces during all but the most inclement weather.

The landscape design utilises ground plants, trees and shrubs moving through internal and external spaces creating a sustainable, ecological order, visually interesting leaf patterns, and an attractive healthy work place environment.
