About the Role:

In essence the role is for a Communications and Office Manager. Our project proposals are an integral and critical aspect of our business and communicates our business to a select market industry.  The role will focus on the preparation of office communications including project and tender proposals, office communications and business development material. It requires high level competence in graphic communication, being able to critically analyse project invitation documents, assess needs of a client and prepare complete and comprehensive project proposals.

In addition the role includes providing high level management assistance to the Directors of the practice, general practice management and overviewing the office administration systems.

This would suit a person with clear ambitions trained as an executive assistant, a communications and business manager, an architect or a well organised person with good strategic intuition and good personal skills.  This role can evolveand develop over time as the candidate grows and develops within the office.

  • Make very good coffee and lunches (for yourself)

  • Organise the best Christmas event parties

Role requirements:

  • Have unflappable inter-personal skills and extraordinary communication skills

  • Be so patient it drives others crazy

  • Quietly go about things and never make mistakes, and if you do, it’s okay, we all make mistakes

  • Highly proficient skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office

  • Have very good editorial, communication and graphic skills

  • Most of all be humble, honest and trustworthy
